Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate your needs. Because our services are seasonal and rely on fresh, perishable products, please review our policies carefully before placing your order.
Porch Decor Packages (Decor to Your Door)
Cancellations:
Orders may be canceled for a full refund up to 7 days before your scheduled installation date.
Cancellations made within 7 days of installation are non-refundable, as we reserve your pumpkins and time specifically for you.
Rescheduling:
We’re happy to reschedule your installation based on availability. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to change your date.
Refunds:
Due to the perishable and custom nature of our porch décor packages, all sales are final once installed.
If there is an issue with your delivery (damaged pumpkins, missing items, etc.), please notify us within 24 hours so we can make it right.
